As a vendor, how do I set opening hours and booking slots?

In Bookings, outlet managers set each outlet's weekly operating hours and add exceptions for public holidays or special opening windows; the owner can view them. Bookable experiences need dated booking slots, each with a time and capacity, which customers choose when booking; a slot can be cancelled if needed. Slots are one-off dated sessions, so add new slots for future dates. You can also export an outlet's calendar as an .ics file.
