Terms of Service

MYLawatan is a final-year academic project, not a commercial product. Some features are simulated for demonstration and no real goods, services, or payouts are guaranteed. Do not rely on it for real travel bookings.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Browsing is open to everyone. Guests can book and buy eligible items without signing in or verifying a phone number. Withdrawing earnings requires identity verification.

Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, no attempts to manipulate affiliate clicks or rewards, no abusive or unlawful content, and no interference with other users or with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Card payments are handled by Stripe and bank/FPX payments by ToyyibPay. The Touch 'n Go and GrabPay options shown in checkout are simulators for demonstration only and move no real money. Prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM); any other currency shown is an approximate reference only.

Wallet balances, vouchers, affiliate commissions and rewards exist to demonstrate the platform. Commission rates and reward rules can change, and balances or attributions created for testing may be adjusted. Self-referral and other manipulation are not eligible for commission.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as reviews and recommendations, but grant us permission to display it within the platform. Content must be honest and lawful; we may remove content that breaks these terms.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. As an academic prototype it may contain errors or downtime, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

We may update these terms as the project develops. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
