As a vendor, when can I withdraw my earnings?

Earnings from paid orders go to the vendor owner's wallet as pending and are held for 7 days, then become available. To withdraw, the owner needs approved KYC and a verified payout destination; the minimum is RM 10 and only one withdrawal can be in progress. Withdrawals of RM 500 or more need two approvals and may take 2 to 3 more business days. Refunds reverse earnings, so a refunded order is removed from your balance.
