Do I need to verify my phone number?

Only for some features. Booking, buying and checkout need a verified email address, not a phone. A verified phone is needed to top up your wallet, to use basic AI recommendations such as AI trip names, and for TNG eWallet payouts. To verify, open your Verification page, enter your phone number in international format and type the 6-digit code we send you. Each phone number can only be verified on one account. Phone verification is separate from KYC, which verifies your identity and is required for withdrawals.
