How do I collect my event order?

After payment, open the order in My Orders. The Event pickups section shows a QR code for each vendor and pickup date, with the items and pickup times it covers. Go to the stall at the event location on your pickup date and show the code; the vendor scans it to hand over your items. The code is valid only on its pickup date. Its status shows Ready to collect until the vendor scans it, then Collected. Guests can open the same order from the private link in their receipt email.
