How do I withdraw my earnings?

Only your Earnings balance (affiliate and recommendation rewards) can be withdrawn; money you topped up can be spent but not withdrawn. You need approved KYC and a verified payout destination. The minimum withdrawal is RM 10, and you can have only one withdrawal in progress at a time. On the Wallet page, enter the amount and choose your payout destination; the amount is reserved while it is reviewed. Withdrawals of RM 500 or more need two approvals and may take longer. You can follow progress and see the receipt on the withdrawal's page.
