How do refunds work?

You can request a refund on a paid or completed order from My Orders by choosing a reason and adding details of at least 5 characters. The request covers the whole order and is reviewed by our team, usually within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the vendor's policy. Only one refund request can be active per order. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method, or to your wallet for the part you paid with your wallet.
