KYC verification?

KYC verifies your identity and is required for withdrawals and for the full affiliate tier. Open KYC from your profile or Verification page; you need a verified email address and an active account. Choose MyKad, driving licence or passport, enter its number, and upload clear photos of the front and back (JPG, PNG or WebP, under 5 MB each). You must agree to AI-assisted reading of the document; a human administrator makes the final decision. Reviews usually take 1 to 2 business days and you can keep using the platform meanwhile. If more information is needed, you will see the reason and can resubmit. Only one submission can be under review at a time.
