What happens if an event, location or stall is cancelled?

If an organiser cancels an event or one of its locations, or a vendor's stall is closed, any reservations that have not been collected yet are cancelled automatically and you are notified (guests by email). Free reservations are simply cancelled. For paid reservations a refund is created for you: it is processed automatically when the cancellation happens before the event starts and you paid by card or wallet, and otherwise our team reviews and processes it. Reservations that were already collected are not affected.
