Why does my order say payment pending or the payment link expired?

An order stays at pending payment until the payment provider confirms it. If you paid by card and the order still shows pending, wait a moment and check again; do not pay a second time. Unpaid checkouts expire after 15 minutes, and any held stock or slots are released; the order then shows that the payment link expired, and you can review your cart and place a new order. For online banking, the order updates only after the bank payment is confirmed, so returning to the page does not mark it as paid.
